All deposits paid are non-refundable. 

Withdrawal of activities

In the event of withdrawal from the activities, the organiser reserves the right to retain 30% to 50% of the fees paid.  The amount is subject to the penalties which the organiser has to pay to the service providers.

However, the participant is allowed to invite another participant as a replacement at no cost, except for those penalties which the service providers have imposed.

Use of photo-shots

The web administrator will upload any appropriate photo shots sent in as a contribution.  It is assumed that no fees would be payable for such contribution.
